Terms & Conditions – okplat Platform Rules and User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and okplat ("okplat," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the okplat website located at okplat.org, including all games, services, features, content, and functionality offered through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the okplat website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by okplat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the okplat platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published on the okplat website, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

To register and use the okplat platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the okplat platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of okplat, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the okplat platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by okplat or any relevant regulatory authority.

okplat reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by okplat may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of okplat services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active okplat account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. okplat employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts identified will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okplat account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. okplat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify okplat immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

okplat is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Verification is required before processing withdrawals and may be requested at any time at okplat's discretion. Accepted identification documents include Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, and PhilSys National ID.

4.1 Deposits

okplat accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. okplat does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits are credited to your okplat wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within 1 to 3 business hours. okplat does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the okplat platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). okplat is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or payment provider.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

okplat is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. okplat reserves the right to request additional documentation for any transaction that triggers AML review thresholds. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law.

okplat offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms applicable to all okplat promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn from your okplat account.
• okplat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or the provision of false information, will be forfeited and the relevant account suspended.
• okplat reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry dates are stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.

All games available on the okplat platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on okplat, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules. The following general gameplay terms apply across all okplat games:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures, as applicable. okplat does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, okplat reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.
• okplat is not responsible for any losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side during a game session.
• Bets placed and accepted by the okplat system are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player after the game round has commenced.
• okplat reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price, or placed in circumstances that constitute a clear error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okplat platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one okplat account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the okplat platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the okplat platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or use the okplat platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okplat staff, support agents, or other players.
• Accessing the okplat platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

All content on the okplat platform — including but not limited to the okplat brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of okplat or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the okplat platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any okplat content without the prior written consent of okplat.

okplat collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the okplat platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the okplat Privacy Policy.

okplat implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmissions between your device and the okplat platform are encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology.

okplat is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. okplat provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending on okplat.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your okplat account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the okplat platform.

okplat's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the okplat platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okplat account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okplat does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. okplat is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of government.

okplat reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the okplat platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or regulatory requirements.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your okplat wallet will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements and deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations.

You may close your okplat account at any time by contacting okplat support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending transactions and verification of your identity.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the okplat platform.

okplat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, okplat will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the okplat website. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the okplat platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the okplat platform and may request account closure.
